What sizes do you carry?
US men's 7 to 12, including half sizes. Theo comes in whole sizes 7, 8, 9 and 10.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum, sent from our US warehouse. We don't ship internationally, to PO boxes or to military addresses.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days after your pair arrives to ask for a return. Email support@theeverydaylabel.com with your order number first; parcels sent back without a request can't be accepted. Pairs must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong or a damaged item.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, open the Track your order page and enter your order number and email.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Send us a message through the contact page.
